This is the original wooden Nordic Trak from the early 90's. It helps you to exercise by simulating cross country skiing. The machine works as it should. I am not sure about the calorie counter, etc. as the battery has been dead for a while. The skiis move back and forth and the cord swings back and forth with your arms as you hold the grips. The machine folds flat for easy transport and storage. We basically just want to get this out of our garage. It was stored in the house until about a month ago. We are asking $5 or best offer.
